Probably going to change that penultimate panel before the inking stage. Ruins the composition of the page.

Great page, Tom! They all look very good! Keep up the good work because there's a lot of improvement here! Did you just make the backgrounds digitally, or are those made in sketch-up?
Anyway, an overall excellent work.

Thanks, Vic! Yeah, they're done in Sketchup and then played around with in Photoshop to mesh a little better with the pencils. Liking your new stuff too, by the way. There's a real dynamism about those backgrounds - you using Sketchup too?

I figured so. I decided to get and learn Sketchup myself. I just need to actually get to it!
Which pages are you referring to, The Arrow pages? Anyway, no I don't use it, because I don't know the program(yet). I use references and build them up with a liner -where necessary.

Yeah, those Arrow pages have really nice backgrounds. They're so tight, I just assumed you used some kind of software. Sketchup is a real god-send sometimes (particularly as it's free), but when you start using it, you can end up spending waaay longer on your backgrounds, just because you get so immersed in the design process. I'd say if you're going to be using one environment or prop a lot, it's worth building it in Sketchup, but, if it's just for a panel or two, it's quicker to do it traditionally, or at least do a very simplified version in Sketchup to get the basic forms and do the rest traditionally.

Thanks. I do a lot of research for those on all my projects. As for Sketchup, I figured so, especially since you're not the first one to tell me this. However, on the long run it could be useful. Especially if you have an environment that you use a lot in an issue or scene.
