An older effort. Apparently, Ramsay has now had prosthetic treatment to fill in the cracks in his face. Rumour has it he made the decision after discovering that a promotional portrait for his show, 'The Barking, Ignorant Alpha-Male Chef', had been commissioned from a cartographer. Ramsay also belongs to the Simon Cowell school of television personalities who believe that their public image as utter arseholes is merely a masquerade, rather than a reflection of the fact that only an arsehole would cultivate and promote such a persona in the first place. Just because you pretend to be a dick for the cameras, doesn't mean that you are actually a nice person. It usually means the opposite.
